Track, Pay & Grow your Money from one App.
Introducing the new GTWorld application with a fresh new look and cool features that will allow you transfer money, pay bills, buy airtime or data, and more – all in one place!
With GTWorld, you have a Mobile App that is designed to cater to all that's important to you seamlessly. GTWorld also adapts to how you love to bank. It leaves it all to you to decide how you want to complete all your banking transactions: with your fingerprint, your face or any four digits of your choice.
Download GTWorld today from Google Play, for Android devices, or from the Apple App Store for iOS devices.
First, make sure that the phone number you registered with the Bank is the same as the phone number captured on your BVN.
If you have forgotten the number you registered on BVN, you can verify this on the BVN portal. If your number does not match, you can either update the number registered with the Bank or the one captured on BVN.
Alternatively, you can proceed to log in by selecting “I don't have a BVN” at the top-right-hand corner and set up your GTWorld App using your Secret Question and Answer. Please note that transaction limits apply. However, these limits can be removed by inputting your debit card details from the Profile section of your app.
You can update your phone number registered with the Bank via Internet Banking. However, if you reside in Nigeria and are unable to use this channel, you can update your number by completing a local update form, presenting a valid Nigerian regulatory ID, and then submit them at any of our branches.

If your existing online banking password is less than 6 digits or greater than 6 digits, then you will be required to change your password to a 6-digit number which we have standardized on our online banking platforms.
This could be due to network issues. However, please note that the OTP to sign in and link your device with the GTWorld App will only be delivered to the telephone number you registered with the Bank, so ensure that you have updated your current phone number with us, even if you have relocated to a foreign country.
If your phone numbers are associated with other accounts bearing different account names, you will encounter issues accessing the new GTWorld App.
For example, if you have a current account and a savings account under the same account name, and both are mapped to your BVN which bears the same phone number, you will be able to access both accounts on the new GTWorld app, because those accounts are both mapped to your BVN and bear the same account name.
If you registered another person’s phone number on your account, you will not be able to access that account on the new GTWorld App, because the phone number registered with the Bank does not belong to you. You will need to change the registered phone number to a phone number unique to yourself alone and then update this number on your BVN. This is because the phone number you registered with the Bank has to match the phone number on your BVN, as this is used to identify you as the account user.
Please note that only SKS accounts are expected to share the phone number and BVN of the parent/guardian.
For now, SKS, SKS Teen Accounts and joint accounts are not profiled to be accessible on the new GTWorld App. Please note that all corporate account-holders are expected to access their accounts via GAPS and/or the GAPS Lite App.
