• Send all Emails to gtassistant@gtbank.com: You can save this as a contact on your mailbox, as it is important to get the email address right whenever you want to make an enquiry with GTAssistant.

• Make use of the Formats below: As this is an automated service, it is important to make requests using the codified formats. Please see below the formats for respective enquiries to gtassistant@gtbank.com:

To make a request for any of the services, send the corresponding email to gtassistant@gtbank.com. The output will be sent to the e-mail address profiled on the customer's account.
